Ylva Wessén – new president and CEO of Folksam Group
The boards of Folksam Life and Folksam General have appointed Ylva Wessén as the new president and CEO of the Folksam Group. Ylva Wessén succeeds Jens Henriksson, who earlier this year left to become president and CEO of Swedbank. Since this time, Ylva Wessén has served as the acting president and CEO of the Folksam Group.

Until today, Ylva Wessén has served as the acting president and CEO of the Folksam Group. Ylva has a law degree and has worked at Folksam since 2007. She has held a number of senior positions within the group, including having been the head of the risk and compliance department at Folksam General. Since 2016, she has been the vice president and deputy CEO, and the head of the group staff.
