Kajsa Moström – new Head of Folksam Group Media Relations

Kajsa Moström has started in her role as Vice President and Head of Folksam Group Media Relations. “I am happy to have recruited such an experienced individual to lead and develop our media relations and our crisis communications,” says Erik von Hofsten, Senior Vice President and Head of Folksam Group Communications. “Kajsa will be a part of the Folksam Group Communications management team, and her solid experience from an industry where focus has long been on customer service and digitilisation will be a valuable addition to our operations.”

Kajsa Moström has more than 20 years’ experience of press and PR work, both in traditional and social media. Among other positions, she has been the Communications Manager for the tour operator Apollo and Chief Press Officer at SJ. Kajsa’s most recent role was as Global PR and Social Media Manager at Visit Sweden.

“After many years in the travel industry, I am excited to get involved in developing the media relations of the customer-owned Folksam Group,” says Kajsa Moström.

Kajsa Moström succeeds Erik Evrén, who moves into an advisory role, at his own request.
